Renting Policies and Procedures
Deposits:
A 25% deposit is required at the time a reservation is made. In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable up to thirty days before the scheduled event.
Fire Permits:
For events requiring a fire permit, a fee will be charged to the renter.
Payment:
Total payment for rental items is required at the time of delivery.
Delivery:
We deliver ALL your party needs. Free local delivery. A mileage fee is charged for delivery outside our local area.
Loss or Damage:
Missing, damaged, or broken items will be charged to the renter. Damage deposit is required for linen rentals.
